Crazies at the Bellview
So I got the call. Can you drive motorcade for Sarah Palin this weekend? (Oct. 11 and 12) Sure can!
So we were at the airport waiting for her plane to land. On the tarmac was the Obama plane - waiting for their guy to arrive. Well, when he did I never saw so many police vehicles and "black" police cars. I heard that his life has been threatened 4 times already .....
But that is another story.
So Governor Palin comes in after Obama's plane leaves. We get in the motorcade and off we go to the Bellview for a big ticket fundraiser.
Outside were the left-overs from the Obama visit. These people were monsters. All they could spew was hatred. One couple had t-shirts on that said "Sarah Palin in a Cunt" Some vets had a big sign that they made and needed 2 people to hold - "McCain is a War Criminal not Hero"
The Secret Service and we drivers just stood watching, not saying anything to the crowd.(we laughed at them to ourselves) You don't know how hard it was not to react. These people took pictures and pictures of US! I wish I had a camera - where was the press? Inside nowhere to be found.... typical liberal press.
The only upbeat moment of the time there, was every time one of those double-decker tourist bus's would go by - there were people who said "Yea McCain - Yea Sarah Palin"
Philadelphia is a volatile City. The trash that the Dems have spread is going to take a long time to pick up. We must be vigilant. We have the better team and their reaction tells me that they think so too - so they only can bitch and moan......
Anyway - I had a good time. Saw Sarah drop the puck at the Flyers game and had a picture taken with Governor Palin and her baby (with the other drivers) when she flew out on Sunday.
This race is going to be close. We need to be sure the polling places in Philadelphia are covered on the inside. We don't need to have this election stolen - and in Philadelphia - the Dems are going to try and steal as much as they can by bullying.
