Summer is upon us. Those that are involved with politics either do one of two things .... go to the beach or work their ass off trying to turn things around.

Philadelphia is a tough town for Republicans. All the pundits say to forget the city - Republicans will never win - Lost Cause - they say.

Well, I have been fighting that attitude for the last 30 years (I must be crazy....) Anyway, we must keep trying - Philadelphia is going down - especially with this Budget garbage.

And it's all run by Democrats.

When will the people get it? When will the Republicans get their act TOGETHER.

Together, that is the key.

I was calling for a Republican Conference in November - all the Committee-people, Election Board People and potential candidates. After a meeting with the Committee, we decided to put the Event in January 2010. Getting ready for many candidates and Committee People who have their election this year.

Will the Republicans get together in January? We will see, we will see.
